Refund Policy

You can request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as its credits have not been used. If some have been used, we refund the unused share. No reason is required.

Credits are held when an edit or export starts and only spent when it succeeds. If it fails, the held credits are released automatically — no request needed.

Any of these works:

• email hello@example.com from the address on your account;
• reply to your Paddle receipt, or use the link in it to contact Paddle directly.

Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Once refunded, the pack’s credits are removed from your balance.
